Nicole Budick, a cashier at Berkot’s Super Foods in Wilmington, receives the Wilmington Chamber of Commerce’s employee of the month award from president Steve Evans. Budick was nominated by the public for with comments that “She is warm and personable. Makes us feel like family and that’s one reason we shop there.” Nicole says she has met some great people, both co-workers and customers who she considers friends. She enjoys the flexible work schedule at Berkot’s which allows her to choose the days and hours she works. “This job gives me the opportunity to interact with all types of people and to help them in any way I can,” she commented.
