Griffin Kinnett (right) is presented with the Wilmington Chamber’s Employee of the Month trophy for April. Kinnett is a City of Wilmington employee working as a water department operator. “Griffin is a fabulous employee. He has a can-do attitude; goes the extra mile,” said his nomination to the Chamber. “He has a clear understanding of personal accountability and tends to look to himself first for resources and solutions.” Kinnett has been with the city four years and is working on his IEPA license. He said he likes learning new things and helping citizens. Presenting the trophy is Chamber Ambassador Stefany Gumm of Grundy Bank.
