Responsibilities include: Smoke, fire, water damage clean-up Light labor, with some physical activity (laying carpet) Wiping walls, furniture, ceilings Janitorial, cleaning It could vary depending on job Abilities: Know how to read a tape measure and is familiar with hand tools. Knows a Philips vs a flat head, crow bar, hammer etc.
