City of Wilmington employee Hayley Henke (right) is presented the Chamber of Commerce trophy for Employee of the Month. Her nomination was from a Wilmington resident, stating “Hayley is very nice and understanding and very easy to talk to if there are any issues with the water bill. She makes it a pleasant experience instead of a dreadful one to talk about any and all billing issues.”
