Trunk or Treat will be held at the Wilmington Park District on October 22 from 1pm to 4pm. Face painting, food trucks, balloon art, and 30+ cars handing out candy.

First Bank of Manhattan is hosting a free paper shredding event on Saturday May 14 from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. Bring up to 15 boxes to be shredded for free. 550 W. North Street in Manhattan, IL.
Garden Club hosting Perennial Exchange
The Wilmington Garden Club’s annual perennial exchange will take place on the morning of the Red Carpet Corridor Festival, Saturday May 7 from 8am to 1pm at the Wilmington Park District. Bring a perennial to exchange or choose to purchase instead. Donations are welcome.
VFW Cruise Nites start in May
Cruise on in and show your ride at the V on Route 66 every 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month beginning in May. Special events are being planned throughout the summer leading up to our 1956 Ford Customline Raffle.
